The following is a guideline for conduct for all squad members:
We have three key words that broadly encompass all of the rules for Arctic Storm Squad members. They are Dignity, Cooperation and Fun.
1. Dignity. Squad members are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, honor and good sportsmanship at all times in the online community. We want to be good examples, and never get involved in behavior which would be unbecoming of an Arctic Storm member. Unbecoming conduct is not tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the squad. Specifically forbidden behavior includes the following. a. Swearing and colorful language. b. Religious, ethnic or sexually discriminating language. c. Stealing, Cheating, manipulating or otherwise abusing privileges, rules or other property. d. Taunting, whining or other annoying behavior. e. Anything antiGod.
2. Cooperation. Squad members are expected to work together to help each other become better pilots and to accomplish greater tasks. It is a polite practice to use the salute (<S>) when logging on to announce your presence, and find out what the squad is doing. Personal practice and lone wolf operations are not discouraged, but should only be done after making your services available to the group. It is hoped that all members will find that the greater measure of enjoyment is in cooperative engagements where teamwork, tactical training and skills can truly pay off. It is also hoped that members will understand that large amounts of satisfaction can be found in training and assisting other members of the squad to improve their skills. Please seek to find your enjoyment largely within the squad ranks. If you find that a large part of your priorities lie outside of the squad operations, then a change of squads might be a good consideration.
3. Fun. This is a game, have fun. If you have an idea or would like to try something new, get other members involved, and be outgoing. We are all here for the same reason, and should all look for new and exciting things to do.
